I wish I was stamping this week, but I have been doing TONS of paperwork for my tutoring biz...it'll slow down after this week...what a stressful week.
I hope to post soon...I need to stamp soon as my new monthly stamping clubs are next weekend!

Another Layout
I always do another layout of the Scrapbook pages that I created for my Stamp Club, so that I have pages done for both of my kids' books. This layout turned out a bit different because of her photos. I just switched it a bit for the right page. You can see other layout that I made for my son just a couple posts down.

Customer Shout Out!
This month I'd like to show some customer apprecia- tion to Diane, who also happens to be my little sister...by 13 months only! :) She has her own Optometry Practice in Brea and 2 little ones...and like me...is married to her high school sweetheart.
Diane has played a huge role in helping me to acquire customers...she always talks about what I do and has had many of her friends attend my classes and clubs. She has also been a hostess. From her friends, those friends have brought more customers so it's been great that she has been able to help me out. Thanks, Diane! You rock!!!

Got the new Catty!!!
The "big brown truck" (as my kids call it) dropped off my catalogs today!!! Can't wait to actually order out of it on the 19th...so many new dies for the Big Shot...and textured ones even. I love the new papers and Simply Scrappin' Kits. What a lucky lady I am to get them today...sounds like they showed up to So. Cal. first. Off to look some more!!!
January Scrapbooking Club Pages
I Isn't my little guy cute? I'll treasure these times that he actually enjoys going to take pictures at a studio! This is a very simple layout. There are red flowers stamped along the red cardstock...just hard to see here. The little holes at the bottom right corner were punched with the Crop-A-Dile. I used the 1" Circle punch to create the large scallops behind the 2 pictures. The Winter Slope DSP was used along the bottoms. The buttons have the White Gel Pen between the holes for a faux sewn look. I try to make my pages pretty neutral so that they will work for boys or girls. Now I'll make the same layout and just throw on my daughter's pictures. I usually make the pages with my son's pictures to keep myself from making it too girly!

Technique Club-January
Last month the ladies said they wanted to do something with the Sticky Cuts and Chunky Glitter, so I came up with this card...I can give this to my little niece next month. The background circle were made by punching then gluing 1" circles...simple way to dress up the background.
The candy roll was inspired by the project on the Love You Much Flyer...not too hard after I got the hang of it.
The heart candy treat holder...my favorite...has a simple template to trace, cut and score. I got something similar at the 2007 Convention, so I took it apart and now have a template. This will be a fun club meeting...I LOVE the Love You Much bundle!

Sweetheart Stamp Camp Projects
These projects are for my "Sweetheart Stamp Camp." The chipboard clipboard has Chocolate Chip Craft ink daubed along the sides, then just a slightly smaller sheet of the Bella Rose DSP lays on top...took only a few minutes really. I still have a ton of the small white lunch bags, so I made it only 2" tall, and adhered the Top Note dies onto both sides of the bags. I used my new punch for the red heart above the chicks, and made the chicks pink by paper piecing...too fun. I tied the brown ribbon around the Top Note before attaching to the bag. This is the very first Baskets & Blooms basket that I've made...can you believe it's just been sitting around, unused?! Thanks for looking!

Stair Step Card
I got this adorable idea as well as the directions that she was kind enough to give me from Dianne Shiozaki, http://www.stmprdee.blogspot.com/. It was quite easy. I kept the colors simple: Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette and Whisper White for the cardstock and a little Chocolate Chip ink. I used a lot of punches, only cutting out the "Love" part and mat, as well as the large heart. The ink pads and blender pens were used to give a bit of color. The bottom photo shows how it folds down to fit inside a regular envelope. This is a sneak peak for my Sweetheart Stamp Camp that is right around the corner. Here are the dimensions from the card that Dianne gave me: Start with a 10.5"x5" sheet of carstock (I used Pink Pirouette) then score at these spots: 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 4 1/4", 6", and 8 1/4". Then you fold it like a fan to make the stair step. I used a strip of 5"x 1 1/2" Riding Hood Red for the front part, then cut the top with the Scallop Edge punch. The Top Note die is adhered to the last stair, just slightly elevated...grab an envelope to be sure that I'll still fit inside. Good luck...I'd love to see any Stair Steppin' that you've done! :)
Love You Much Thanks
