An Egg-cellent Easter

The pencil bundles are for my son's Kinder- garten class- mates. He's thrilled every time he gets a new pencil, so I'm sure the others will like these. I put Dazzling Diamonds glitter onto of the eggs to add a little sparkle. I was glad I got to use more designer paper scraps for this project. This was made with the NEW stamp set, An Egg-cellent Easter, from the Occasions catalog...too cute!

Easter Candy

My kids' grandmas are getting these See's Candy Boxes for Easter...I'm jealous! haha I used my NEW An Egg-cellent Easter stamp set, from the Occasions Mini Catalog for this, along with the new Scallop Oval Punch. I put some Dazzling Diamonds Glitter onto the eggs for a little shimmer, and a rhinestone brad is attached to the ribbon and tag.

Easter Baskets

These are baskets for my nieces and nephews. I used what I had left of retired Designer Paper Packs that I earned as part of my Hostess Benefits. They are already 6"x6" so I didn't have to cut any paper. I used ribbon instead of paper, since 6" would have been too short of a handle. The ribbon has remained standing, so it was a success! I filled them with candy, except for the babies...you can see one got a shirt and the other is getting size 2 flip flops.

Celebrate You

Here's a quick card I made for my father--in-law. I used Kraft, Chocolate Chip, Old Olive and Whisper White cardstock. And yes...I used the Texturz plates again!

Stair Step Party!

I just love the stair step cards...so I made another one! I modeled it after my Valentine Stair Step card (Click Here to view) only I used the Party Hearty stamp set instead. Colors are: Bashful Blue, Real Red, Barely Banana and Whisper White. Using the punches makes this a very easy card.

Fabulous Friend

Here's another card, using the NEW Oval All stamp set and coordinating Scallop Oval Punch. I also used the "A Perfect Day" Rub-ons and Die Cut Blooms. It may be hard to see, (unless you click on photo to enlarge) but the Bashful Blue cardstock was embossed with the Big Shot and Texturz plates...love those...too darn easy and cute!

Father's Day Card

Here's another card for my upcoming Stamp-A-Stack class. For the greeting, I used the All Holidays set and stamped it twice; once in Old Olive and once in Night of Navy. Then, I cut out the "Father's" part and popped it up with dimensionals onto the Night of Navy image to get 2 colors and some depth. I also used the Sporting stamp set.

"Oval All" Thank You

I'm trying to come up with SIMPLE and QUICK cards for a Stamp-A-Stack, so this really couldn't get any more simple! :) I used the new set, Oval All, along with the coordinating Scallop Oval Punch...both are available to customers in April. The flowers along the Kiwi Kiss cardstock are from the set Simply Said, which remains one of my favorite sets. The other cardstock colors are Pacific Point and Baja Breeze and Whisper White.

Granny Frame

My family is still growing, so my mom asked me to update her frame with the newest baby. So, I added Baby Violet on...I had left extra space knowing there would surely be more grandkids...I only have room for one more now! I know that I won't be adding any more grandchildren to the family myself! :) I also changed out the background paper, since I had plain cardstock on the previous frame. I like this Designer Paper instead. The heart is from the Simply Said set, and the "Wonderful" is from the Wonderful Favorites set, and I used the Big Deal set to spell out Granny. I crack up that my Gaby is the only one colored brown...she's the darkest and people always comment on that! This is such a fun Mother's Day gift for grandmas. It's also a cute idea for teachers...put the teacher in the center and stamp a bunch of kiddos! Click on photo to see it larger.

Valentine's Day Scrapbook Pages

My Scrapbook Club will make these pages this weekend. I used Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla, and Pink Pirouette cardstock, along with the cute Candy Lane Designer Series Paper. I just had to incorporate the NEW Scallop Oval Punch that I was able to preorder as a demonstrator. Isn't is cute? I used my Love You Much set for most images. This is my daughter...now almost 4! Embossed Card

I decided to change the So Saffron cardstock to Cameo Coral...I like this a lot better than previous one I posted. Each club member made this card, and my sample went to Michelle, since it's a wedding congrats card...her wedding is this Sunday. We all signed her card. Her favors are the Baskets & Blooms die...isn't that cool?! We embossed the images from the Polka Dot Punches set that are on the ribbon. Also, the Cameo Coral was embossed with the Texturz Plates that go in the Big Shot. The greeting is from the Congrats set. Can you tell I used all my Sale-A-Bration goodies?

Melting Pot

Are you drooling yet?! For my husband's birthday, we went to The Melting Pot in Brea. It was our second time. It's a fondue restaurant and there are A LOT of choices. We got 4 courses...a cheese fondue that came with chips, breads and veggies, then YUMMY salads...my husband got the Capresi Salad which was awesome. Then, we got our seafood and meat platter to cook in the fondue pot, and last and the best...dessert! For each course (expect the salad) the waiter makes the fondue contents at your table. It was sooo yummy! I think the lobster tail was my favorite...and the mushrooms dipped in sauce. This is a great place to go with your special someone, but it's also a lot of fun to go in a group...plan on being there for at least 2 hours.

Party Hearty Tag

I love making tags...someday I'll have a TAG class. :)
I seldom use my Tangerine Tango...so I pulled it out for a bright birthday tag. I also used Riding Hood Red and Bashful Blue. The tag is 3"x3.5". I still love my Party Hearty set. I used the Color Spritzer Tool and Bashful Blue marker to add a bit of color onto the Whisper White cardstock, but that's hard to see in the photo. This is the last project that my Technique Club will make this weekend...I can't wait for my goodies that I preordered from the NEW Occasions Mini Catalog...just in time for my customer workshop next Friday! Have a great weekend. Tomorrow's my hubby's b-day (and my 3 yr. anniversary as a SU! demonstrator!) so we're going to The Melting Pot for dinner...it's a fondue restaurant...yummy!

Yummy Basket

Isn't this cute?! Stampin' Up! has had this basket on the demo. website for a long time, but I found easy directions from Julie Davison (her blog link is on the left bottom). I used Kiwi Kiss for the base and the gorgeous Raspberry Tart Designer Series Paper. I used thin strips of Pretty in Pink for the inside of the basket and just ran them through my Paper Crimper. I decided to punch out the "Yummy" Greeting to make it easier and quicker for my club gals. I ran a bit of the red hemp twine through the tag. My Technique Club ladies will make this on Sunday.

Another Texturz Card

This card features the Texturz for the Big Shot...I hope yo can see the fun polka dots...click on photo to see better. I also embossed the stamped images. Can you tell I was using my Sale-A-Bration goodies? Cardstock colors are: So Saffron, Mellow Moss and Chocolate Chip. I got the Chocolate Chip circle by layering 2 of the Round Tab punches together, then I mounted the Scallop Circle punch on top, then the 1" Circle punch. My Technique Club will make this card this weekend.

Bag Topper

I demonstrated this bag this weekend at a workshop. It's very similar to the bag in the Sale-A-Bration brochure. I love the ribbon...it's out of the SAB brochure as well. The Yummy stamp set seems to be one of the favorites from the SAB brochure.

Progressive Scrapbooking

I had a workshop this weekend with Scrap- bookers, so their Make-And-Take project was a 6x6 scrapbook page. I showed them how to incorporate that into a larger layout. So, I placed the 6x6 page onto a very slightly stamped 8.5x11 page, and finally mounted that onto a 12x12 that basically had a wheeled image along the bottom. The hostess received both pages. I used the adorable Sale-A-Bration set, Polka Dot Punches and Simply Said stamp sets, along with Wonderful Favorites and an alphabet set.. Cardstock colors and ink are: Kraft, Baja Breeze, Regal Rose, Chocolate Chip and Mellow Moss. I used a bit of of the Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware and some Chocolate Chip ribbon.
