Baby's First Year Book

Here's another book project! Everyone seems to be popping up pregnant lately, so I thought this would be a good class to have. This book uses the adorable Moments & Milestones Simply Scrappin' Kit and has no stamping involved. Click on photos to enlarge.Kit includes: Bound book, precut paper strips for inside, precut monthly journaling, ribbon, scalloped cardstock for cover and die cut letters for name/title. You will need to adhere the remaining pieces of the book, using my step-by-step directions and photos.

Life Milestones
Isn't the writing just gorgeous? My hubby recently painted our living room, so I thought Stampin' Up!'s Decor Elements would look nice above the photos of our kids. This Decor Element is called "Life Milestones." It was quite easy to apply...you basically just rub the sticky vinyl right onto the wall.

Technique Club Projects

Didn't my girls do a great job on their bears? I gave them presorted clothes and they punched their bear out. The 3 bears in the top photo were made my teenagers and everyone looked so cute dressing their little bears! :) We decided that the eyes looked better with something other than white, so only my sample has ghostly white eyes. The sucker holder was a fun and easy project...I got this idea and directions from some one's blog but misplaced the info...sorry...I'll post when I find them.Sunday, September 13, 2009

Christmas Bear
Here's my first Build-A-Bear to actually make it onto a card! I used some scraps from the Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin' Kit to make this card. Do you like her purse? To make it, just cut out 2 purses in different colors/patterns, then cut out (along perforation) the middle section, and mount onto purse. I'm already in Christmas mode. :)
