Aren't these just adorable? What parent or grand- parent wouldn't love to have one of these to show off their kiddos?! These were all made by Gabriella Bonnino and she did a wonderful job. Tent Cards

Catalog Inspired Card

Does this card look familiar to you??? The very similar card that was my inspiration is on page 201 of the Stampin' Up! Catalog. I made a few changes to make the card a bit quicker to make for my Stamp-A-Stack Class.

Here's the recipe: Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Barely Banana, Rose Red, Kraft Stamps: Define Your Life Ink: Chocolate Chip Accessories: Paper Piercer, Rose Red Button, Natural Hemp Twine, Glue Dot, Dimensional, Crimper, Big Shot, Stampin' Up! Birds & Blooms Sizzlits Dies, Trio Flower Punch

CASE'd Card

Here's the card swap that I just had to CASE. I thought it would be a great card for my Stamp-A-Stack class. This swap (blue card with the cute dress) is from Robin Castagnola. I used Raspberry Tart Designer Series Paper and the Eastern Blooms stamp set. I got the 2 colors onto the stamp by first ining the stamp in the Kiwi Kiss ink pad, then I used a cotton swab to remove the ink from the flowers. Last, I used my Rose Red Stampin' Write Marder to color onto the flowers...such a pretty effect. Isn't the rhinestone brad cute?! I've been using my Pretties Kit quite a bit lately...I'm out of the flowers though! The Kiwi Kiss cardstock was embossed with the Texturz Plates...it's so hard not to use those now! :)

Woo Hoo Meeting Pics!

Saturday was the annual "Woo Hoo Stampers" California meeting that my upline, Michelle Halleen, puts on. It was a great day...great presentations, speakers, Make & Takes and chatting with other stampers. The four Make & Take projects are sooo adorable, don't you think? Michelle was very organized and had goodies for us as you can see...the memo pad, pen, SU! chapstick and matchbox...all coordinating, of course! Thanks, Michelle for a wonderful day and for inviting me to speak at the event. I will be posting more this week from the meeting. I got some really cute swaps! :)
