I'm Back!

Ok...I've been really busy juggling my Tutoring Biz and SU!, but I want to start blogging more. :) Sale-a-Bration has been going well, and I'm having my Club meeting and Scrapbooking Class this weekend...everything's all packed up and ready to go. I love showing my club member differnt techniques each month. I'm also trying out Demo.-Only classes, where I show other demos. projects and class ideas that are all planned out. I can't wait for convention in July...it's going to be amazing, as I'm sure it always is...but this is the 20th anniversary of SU!, so it surely going to be extra fabulous. I'm loving the Rub-ons...too easy and cute! I also got the "Party Harty" Stamp Set...FREE...that will appear in the next catalog that comes out in August...love free stamps...thanks SU!

Leadership 2008

SO...I'm still recovering from my spinning head of fabulous ideas that I heard and saw at my first Leadership Conference in Palm Springs. I love Stampin' Up!

The projects shown were to die for and I learned great business tips from the SU! Staff and other demonstrators. I'm fired up and loving my "job."

I won a stamp set and 3-pack of tins...too fun! I also got to meet some great stampers, AND took a picture with one of my favorite SU! employees, Jaron...he's awesome, energetic and creative.

Stampin' Around the Clock

I am having too much fun stamping lately! I sneak into my craft center...not room...and stamp whenever I have a chance...which wasn't a great idea when my daughter decided to sit on her little potty while hanging out with big brother...it was a mess and my hubby wasn't too happy. :)

I've committed to having at least one class a month, plus my club meets once a month and I hold monthly meetings with my stamp group and I belong to other groups that have their own meetings.

I'm counting down for Leadership, which is in Jan. in Palm Springs...then a few weeks after that are Regionals...in Anaheim...only 15-20 mins. from my house...yippee!

OK...gotta go stamp and get ready for my Sat. workshop...I'll have to post those projects soon!

Getting Punchy With It!

I've been busy playing with punches! I've been making cards, using various punches to show off all of the great and genius things that you can do with them. Meredith Burnsed has created sooo mnay clever ideas using the SU! punches. She's amazing. I'll be demonstrating punch versatility at an upcoming demonstrator meeting, that brings over 100 stampers in Duarte, CA. I showed off punch uses at my Club Meeting and every attendee bought a punch...I love them and wish I had them all. :) Ok...I'm "getting punchy with it" so I'm off to create!

Going Crazy!

Ok...people used to laugh at me in college because I always had at least 2 jobs...I've been "jobless" for 2 yrs. now, except for being a SU! demonstrator, but now my hubby and I are franchise owners of Club Z! In-home Tutoring for our city. Also, I will be teaching rubberstamping classes beginning in January. It hasn't gotten too crazy yet, but I hope it doesn't...I don't want to be apart from my computer or stamps for too long! The HORROR!!!

Adios Summer!!!

Ahh...the heat in So. Cal. has been awful!!! I'm dreaming of fall and winter. :) I love all of those great holidays that fall within those months, especially since I get to share them with my two little children and family. It's so fun to snuggle up and drink something warm.
Today I'll just soak up the sun with the kiddos in their little blow-up pool and count down the weeks until cooler weather visits us again. :) I hope Sunday will be a little cooler....I'm having my "Wicked & Boo-tiful Stamping" class at my house. Good thing I have AC! :) Stay cool!
